Developer III for a hybrid opportunity for candidates in Columbia, SC. The Candidate will contribute to the design, development, and support of enterprise applications within a fast-paced, multi-platform environment. The Candidate will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, build reliable system solutions, and support ongoing application enhancements across the full software development lifecycle.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years of experience in application development, systems testing, or related technical roles
- Strong understanding of application development methodologies, systems analysis, and design principles
- Experience working with programming languages, operating systems, and development tools in enterprise environments
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex system interactions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working in cross-functional technical teams
- Strong attention to detail with ability to produce accurate technical documentation
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across technical and business groups
Preferred Skills/Experience- Mainframe experience with one or more of the following: COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS
- Experience supporting enterprise applications in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with multi-platform systems and integrated enterprise environments
- Experience troubleshooting production issues and supporting system stability and enhancements
- Exposure to mission-critical or 24x7 operational systems support environments
Responsibilities of the Developer III- Perform end-to-end analysis, design, development, and implementation of enterprise application systems
- Translate system specifications into detailed technical designs and build complex application solutions
- Develop, test, debug, document, and maintain software programs and system enhancements
- Analyze system interdependencies and assess impacts of changes across applications
- Create and maintain technical documentation, test data, test cases, and functional specifications
- Support production systems by troubleshooting issues, resolving defects, and coordinating system enhancements
Work Location: Hybrid onsite schedule in Columbia, SC with multiple onsite days required weekly
