Standard Job DescriptionPerforms tech planning, design, devel, integ, v&v for total syst life cycle. Analyses performed at all levels of syst product incl. concept, design, fabrication, test, instl, operation, maintenance & disposal, incorp design methods & stds for Cyber Security, SW & HW infrastructure. Designs, devels, docs, tests & debugs SW that contains logical & math solutions to business/mission problems/questions in computer language. Ensures the logical & syst conversion of customer/product reqs into total syst solutions that ack tech, sched, cost constraints & align to SW & HW deployment pipelines & factories. Performs func & timeline analysis, detail trade & reqs allocation & interface defs studies to translate customer reqs into HW & SW feature defs & acceptance criteria. Applies stds, processes, procedures & tools throughout the devel life cycle. Applies HW & SW knowledge, cyber security stds in business/mission apps, & feedback from users to develop SW. Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, compiles doc of program devel & analyzes syst capabilities to resolve program problems, output/input data acq, programming tech & controls. Ensures SW stds are met. Validates incorp of features & use cases into implemented designs
Leads and integrates infrastructure functions to deliver cutting-edge, mission-critical capabilities across TTW OPIR Ground contracts. Partners with program management, customers, and cross-functional teams to define and execute development and operations strategies, and build a high-performing team.

- Program Alignment: Work closely with program management to translate requirements into actionable engineering plans and deliverables.
- Delivery: Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of software and infrastructure solutions through robust engineering processes, metrics, and risk management.
- Execution: Own engineering budget, schedule, and metrics; track and report performance indicators; drive efficiencies and resolve cross-program staffing/technical challenges.
- Stakeholder leadership: Prioritize and communicate roadmap items, trade-offs, and status updates to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Drive adoption of emerging technologies, best practices, and automation to enhance system reliability, scalability, and performance.

Basic Qualifications- Proven track record leading and managing infrastructure engineers (network engineering, systems administration, devsecops engineerings, etc.)
- Ability to solve staffing challenges across diverse, distributed software and infrastructure teams.
- Demonstrated knowledge in planning, tracking, and reporting technical effort, cost, and schedule.
- Experience in modern software development practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD) and infrastructure technologies (cloud platforms, containers, orchestration, networking).
- Proven communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Must be a US citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
Desired Skills- Prior experience managing multi-contract or multi-program engineering efforts within a large defense contractor.
- Demonstrated ability to lead distributed/remote engineering teams.
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $166900.00 - $309900.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
