Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or similar from an accredited institution.
• 3 to 5 years of Project Engineering experience on multi-disciplinary projects with a General Contractor.
• Prior experience with Federal Projects is highly preferred.
• Experience in Design-Build and design phase management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong computer literacy; proficiency in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Procore is preferred.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage design deliverables for constructability and distribution to clients and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers during all construction phases, including pre-construction.
• Identify and mitigate project risks through design development.
• Assist in developing project budgets, timelines, and procurement plans.
• Manage the submittal process for preconstruction, including design deliverables.
• Oversee the RFI process for preconstruction, specifically design-phase RFIs.
• Process change orders and manage scope changes involving clients, subcontractors, and designers.
