About This Role (Sales Consulting Focus)

This is a construction sales and client relationship role focused on guiding homeowners and clients through project decisions from initial conversation to signed agreement. You will meet clients on-site, understand their goals, and provide clear, consultative project solutions, including scope and pricing. Success in this role comes from building trust, leading conversations naturally, and closing construction projects without high-pressure sales tactics. Sales Consulting Responsibilities (Client Relationship & Closing)
