As a Facilities Project Manager I, you will:
• Manage (Plan, track, evaluate, execute) a wide range of projects to complete on schedule and budget, to the approved scope of work Scope.
• Ensure progression of construction projects, using critical skills in project management, transition management, space planning, medical equipment planning, IT/ Security coordination, furniture management, signage planning, and compliance with design standards.
• Prepare & communicate required information to client representatives and capital projects leadership to determine resources, method of delivery and project status. Coordinate with end-users / Adventist HealthCare departments on all aspects of project delivery.
• Coordinate a team of professionals and stakeholders of different disciplines including third party vendors to solve complex issues as they arise
• Coordinate project closeout process to ensure project scope and quality standards are met and proper end-user transition occupancy.
• Develop forms and records to document project activities. Set up files in ProCore and other project related repositories to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured.
• Establish and prepare a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the status of current and upcoming projects.
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications include:
• High School/GED + 5 Years experience Or
• Associate degree in a design & construction related field, healthcare administration, or equivalent with 1-2 years experience participating the execution of design and/or construction projects
• Project Management Professional (PMP), preferred.
• Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) preferred.

Hours per Week: 40 Hours

Typical Daily Schedule: Monday- Friday

Shift Type: Day Shift

Pay Range:
$77,313.60 - $115,980.80
If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.

Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), this position is classified as:
United States of America (Exempt)
