Full Job Description
The Clark County Prosecuting Attorney is seeking a full-time deputy prosecuting attorney. This deputy prosecutor would be primarily responsible for prosecuting misdemeanor and Level 6 felonies. Additionally, this deputy will be responsible for prosecuting OWI Causing Serious Bodily Injury and OWI Causing Death cases. The position requires working in a fast-paced and busy court with a team of three other deputy prosecutors on a daily basis to coordinate schedules and court duties.

Qualifications

Doctor of Jurisprudence degree and a license to practice law in the state of Indiana.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as proficient computer skills.

Ability to work both independently and work well with others as a team player.
