Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 8+ years, or PhD/JD with 5+ years of experience.
• Extensive knowledge of the Military Advanced Death Integrated System (MADIS) is preferred.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of 75+ Full-Time Equivalents (FTE).
• Solid background in contract financial management, scheduling, and risk assessment.
• Must be a US Citizen able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a program successfully to the customer, or manage a task/project as part of a larger initiative under another PM.
• Oversee program activities to meet contract requirements, focusing on technical, scheduling, cost, and financial performance.
• Establish or contribute to the program baseline and ensure compliance with it during execution.
• Manage risks effectively and maintain customer relationships while ensuring program staffing is adequate.
• Adhere to quality standards and escalate challenges to SAIC leadership as needed.
• Support business development initiatives and manage program staff responsibilities.
