Position SummaryBase-2 Solutions is seeking a Deputy Program Manager / Operations Lead to support day-to-day execution of the SIA-3 IDIQ. The DPM will synchronize task order execution, oversee operational workflows, and ensure seamless coordination across analytic teams, regions, and mission partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Manage daily operations across multiple task orders and mission areas.
- Coordinate Task Order Managers, regional leads, and functional leads.
- Track schedule, staffing, and performance metrics and escalate issues as needed.
- Support workforce management, onboarding, surge operations, and continuity planning.
- Ensure execution aligns with DIA analytic standards and production timelines.
- Support preparation of status reports, executive briefings, and performance reviews.
- Act as PM designee when required.
Required Qualifications- PMP certification (required).
- 8+ years of experience supporting DoD or IC programs.
- Strong operational management and coordination experience.
- Familiarity with DIA production environments and analytic workflows.
- Experience managing cleared analytic or technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting intelligence analysis, technical intelligence, or multi-INT missions.
- Prior experience supporting DIA, CCMDs, or IC agencies.
