Job Title: Deputy Program Manager

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Program Manager in overseeing the execution of the CRIC-ES II contract.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage project resources, including budget, personnel, and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and regulatory standards.
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Contribute to the development of project plans and strategies.
- Support the creation and delivery of project reports and presentations.
- Participate in project reviews and lessons learned sessions.

Qualifications:

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering).
- 3-10 years of experience in project management or a related role.
- Proven experience in managing cybersecurity or secure communication IT projects.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Desired:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with government contracts and compliance.
- Knowledge of incident response and cybersecurity operations.
