Full Job Description
The Department of Medicine at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a full-time tenure track Investigator at the rank of Associate or full Professor. Responsibilities include developing a funded clinical or basic research program. Preferred candidates will have a strong and/or developing record of peer-reviewed publications that demonstrate research productivity and the ability to obtain extramural funding support. Additionally, involvement in the education of medical students, residents, and fellows is expected as well as participation in other academic activities. The faculty a ppointment will be in the Department of Medicine in a division aligned with the candidate's training and interests.

Qualified candidates will hold an MD, PhD or MD/PhD degree. Applicants with a clinical component to their work should hold or be eligible for medical licensure in Illinois and must possess either an MD or MD/PhD degree and board certification.

The start date is negotiable and the position will remain open until filled.
