Advanced Dental Care of Springfield is seeking an experienced, growth-oriented Associate General Dentist to join our thriving private practice. We're looking for a dentist who is confident providing comprehensive care and excited about treating complex cases-not just hygiene checks and basic restorative procedures.
Ideal Clinical Experience

We're seeking a dentist who enjoys comprehensive dentistry and has experience-or a strong desire to continue developing-in:

• Comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning
• Crown & bridge and restorative dentistry
• Surgical extractions
• Molar endodontics
• Implant dentistry
• Cosmetic dentistry
• Full-mouth rehabilitation
• Sedation dentistry (interest strongly preferred)

Schedule

Full-Time

• Four clinical days per week
• Typical hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Schedule determined collaboratively with the practice partners

• Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Illinois dental license (or ability to obtain before start)
• Two or more years of clinical experience strongly preferred
• Confidence practicing comprehensive general dentistry
• Interest in practicing a broad clinical scope
• Interest in sedation dentistry preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
