Experienced Associate General Dentist (W-2)
Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex (Position Located in Frisco, TX)
Advanced GP Role | Alternating Weeks Schedule | Implants + Endo Focus | Great Team

A busy, well-established PPO & FFS private dental practice in Frisco, TX is seeking an experienced Associate General Dentist (2+ years) to join a high-performing, supportive team. This is not a lead role-it's a true associate position for a "super GP" who enjoys comprehensive care, strong production, and a well-run schedule.

This role may be marketed across the DFW Metroplex-but the practice location and daily worksite are in Frisco, TX (Collin County / suburban Dallas).
Location Clarity
  • Practice Location / Daily Worksite:Frisco, TX (Collin County)
  • Easy commutes from: Plano, McKinney, Allen, Prosper, Little Elm, The Colony, Carrollton, Addison, and North Dallas.
🗓 Schedule (Alternating Weeks)

You'll join a practice designed around an alternating-weeks model (the Owner Dentist works this schedule as well), creating a predictable rhythm and strong coverage.

Core Hours
  • Monday & Tuesday: 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Wednesday & Thursday: 6:45 AM - 4:00 PM

Rotating Weeks
  • Week A:5 days/week (Mon-Fri)
  • Week B:3 days/week (Mon-Wed)
Practice Snapshot
  • 5 operatories total
  • Eaglesoft practice management system
  • Owner Dentist works alternating weeks (collaborative, steady presence)
  • 2 full-time hygienists
    • Each operates out of their own dedicated hygiene operatory
  • Implant and Endo capabilities supported (systems and workflow built for comprehensive care)
