Full Job Description
The Smilist is looking for a compassionate and skilled General Dentist ready to take on an excellent established PPO and self-pay opportunity at our White Plains dental practice. This position is ideal for a clinician who understands that exceptional dentistry is both clinical and interpersonal, and combines strong clinical skills with an outstanding chairside presence and a passion for comprehensive, relationship-driven dentistry. The incoming doctor will be stepping into a mature, high-quality practice environment with patients who value trust, communication, aesthetics, and long-term care. We are looking for someone who can continue the standard of excellence established by current providers while helping grow advanced restorative and cosmetic services. Patients in this practice value communication, confidence, aesthetics, and a bespoke experience as much as technical skill. The right candidate will be someone patients instantly trust and enthusiastically refer to friends and family.

Providers enjoy full clinical autonomy to treat patients while being supported by a highly experienced clinical and operational team. Our modern, technology-driven office delivers an exceptional patient experience with a collaborative culture that allows doctors to focus on providing outstanding care.
