PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• MINIMUM of 2 - 4 years of Clinical Experience, post-residency
• DDS or DMD from an accredited university, active CT license in good standing, and active/in process DEA license
• Proficient in Extractions a plus
• Root Canal experience preferred
• Ethical patient-centric provider
• Coachable, Team-Oriented
• Great work ethic, motivated for success
