About the RoleWe are seeking experienced
Dentists to join our team on either a full-time or part-time basis. This position is ideal for providers who enjoy extraction procedures, value patient relationships, and want to work in a practice that prioritizes clinical autonomy and quality outcomes.
You'll work alongside an experienced support team in a streamlined setting dedicated to urgent dental care and oral surgery services.
Responsibilities- Perform simple and surgical tooth extractions
- Evaluate patients and determine appropriate treatment recommendations
- Provide excellent patient care before, during, and after procedures
- Discuss treatment options and post-operative instructions with patients
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient daily operations
- Adhere to all safety, clinical, and regulatory standards
- Contribute to a positive and professional patient experience
Qualifications- Active Florida Dental License required
- Minimum of 5 years of extraction experience preferred
- Experience performing surgical and routine extractions preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Commitment to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Schedule- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Monday through Friday schedules
- Evening shifts available
- Weekend coverage opportunities as needed
