- 80 new patients per month
- Average production: $172,000/month
- 3 operatories currently with expansion potential to 6
- 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday, 9 AM - 5 PM)

Compensation & Benefits- Up to $50,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Compensation: Competitive percentage of production/collections
- Earning potential: Up to $250,000 - $500,000 annually
