An established, privately owned dental practice in beautiful State College, Pennsylvania is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our growing team.   • Monday-Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

What You'll Do

As a valued member of our hygiene team, you'll play an essential role in helping patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health.

Responsibilities include:
  • Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures
  • Adult and pediatric prophylaxis
  • Scaling and Root Planing (SRP)
  • Periodontal maintenance
  • Perform adjunctive hygiene therapies as indicated
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments
  • Review medical histories and update records
  • Take diagnostic radiographs
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and home care techniques
  • Collaborate closely with the doctor and clinical team to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and sterilization protocols
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation
  • Help create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient
