Dental Hygienist – Monarch Dental | Hot Springs, Arkansas

What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care based on each patient's individual needs.
- Perform periodontal charting, radiographs, oral health assessments, prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and other hygiene services within your scope of practice.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, preventive care, and recommended treatment.
- Partner with the dentist to identify treatment needs and support comprehensive patient care.
- Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their dental care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation while following established safety and infection-control standards.
- Contribute to a positive, welcoming environment for patients and teammates.
What We’re Looking For
- Current Arkansas Dental Hygienist license, or eligibility to obtain one.
- Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain prior to starting.
- A patient-first approach and strong communication skills.
- Someone who enjoys educating patients and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
- Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
- Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
- Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
- Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For
- A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
- Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
- A current CPR certification
Compensation$48-$50 per hour
