As a Dental Hygienist, you’ll provide preventive and periodontal care, educate patients on their oral health, collaborate with doctors on treatment recommendations, and create a welcoming, judgment-free experience at every visit.

What We’re Looking For
- Active Connecticut Dental Hygienist license or eligibility for licensure
- Current CPR certification
- A passion for patient education and exceptional clinical care
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Schedule (days/hours)Monday-Thursday 8am to 5pm Fridays 8am to 1pm
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality preventive dental hygiene care using evidence-based protocols.
- Perform appropriate assessments, diagnostics and preventive treatments within your scope of practice.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention and the connection between oral and overall health.
- Build trusting relationships with patients and create a welcoming, judgment-free experience.
- Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to identify patient needs and personalize treatment.
- Stay current with dental technologies, instruments and best practices that enhance patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Licensed Dental Hygienist or eligible to become licensed in the state of practice.
- New graduates are welcome!
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for patient care, education and prevention.
- Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience.
- A collaborative, positive approach to working with patients and teammates.
Compensation$50-$55 per hour
