What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care
• Perform patient assessments, screenings, and periodontal charting
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and home care
• Partner closely with doctors to identify treatment opportunities and improve patient outcomes
• Build trusted relationships that encourage long-term patient loyalty
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Support a positive, efficient, and patient-focused office environment

What We're Looking For

• Active Oregon Dental Hygiene License (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Current local anesthesia certification, if applicable
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• New graduates and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply

Schedule (days/hours)M-F 8am-5pm (but we can be flexible) Responsibilities

What You’ll Do 

• Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.  
• Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.  
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.  
• Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.  
• Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For 

• A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes. 
• Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
• A current CPR certification 

Compensation$62-$68 per hour About
