What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care
- Perform patient assessments, screenings, and periodontal charting
- Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and home care
- Partner closely with doctors to identify treatment opportunities and improve patient outcomes
- Build trusted relationships that encourage long-term patient loyalty
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Support a positive, efficient, and patient-focused office environment
What We're Looking For
- Active Oregon Dental Hygiene License (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Current local anesthesia certification, if applicable
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- New graduates and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
- Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
- Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
- Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
- Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For
- A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
- Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
- A current CPR certification
Compensation$62-$68 per hour
