What You’ll Do

• Deliver comprehensive hygiene care including cleanings, SRP, and periodontal maintenance
• Educate patients and drive oral-systemic health awareness
• Build strong, trusting patient relationships
• Partner with doctors to support diagnosis and treatment acceptance
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Schedule (days/hours)Tuesday-Fridays 7am to 4pm Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality preventive dental hygiene care using evidence-based protocols.
• Perform appropriate assessments, diagnostics and preventive treatments within your scope of practice.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention and the connection between oral and overall health.
• Build trusting relationships with patients and create a welcoming, judgment-free experience.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to identify patient needs and personalize treatment.
• Stay current with dental technologies, instruments and best practices that enhance patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed Dental Hygienist or eligible to become licensed in the state of practice.
• New graduates are welcome!
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for patient care, education and prevention.
• Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience.
• A collaborative, positive approach to working with patients and teammates.

Compensation$55-$60 per hour & hygiene bonus plan-$Up to $4,000 Sign on bonus! About
