Compensation$39.00-$48.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Additional compensation opportunities include:
- Sign-on bonus

- Average bonus opportunity of approximately $5,000 annually, based on applicable program requirements and performance.
What You'll DoAs a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will:
- Perform comprehensive oral health assessments and periodontal evaluations.
- Provide preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing as appropriate, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
- Obtain dental radiographs in accordance with applicable requirements and clinical protocols.
- Screen patients for oral diseases, abnormalities, and other conditions requiring evaluation by the dentist.
- Educate patients and families on oral hygiene, nutrition, disease prevention, and maintaining good oral health.
- Support pediatric, school-based, community outreach, and preventive oral health initiatives.
- Maintain timely and accurate electronic dental records and clinical documentation.
- Follow applicable OSHA, CDC, HIPAA, infection prevention, and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with dentists, dental assistants, medical providers, and other members of the care team.
- Help create a welcoming, respectful, and compassionate experience for patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Full-Time Schedule- Monday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM-3:00 PM
RequirementsWhat We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
- Active, unrestricted South Carolina Dental Hygienist license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient education skills.
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
Preferred Qualifications- Two (2) or more years of clinical dental hygiene experience.
- Experience providing dental care to pediatric patients.
- Community health, public health, or FQHC experience.
- Experience with electronic dental records.
- Interest in school-based and community dental outreach.
