Alliance Family Dentistry is hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our modern, high-performing team in Colorado Springs, CO. Whether you're looking for full-time hours or a part-time arrangement, we'll build a schedule around your life. We have core availability Monday through Wednesday, half-day Fridays, and flexibility across 2 to 5 days per week.
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE- $55-$60/hour (base pay + production bonus)
- Sign-on bonus: $5,000 (full-time) | $2,500 (part-time)

WHAT YOU'LL DO- Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care to a loyal, established patient base
- Deliver meaningful patient education, including oral-systemic health discussions
- Leverage Overjet AI to enhance case presentation and patient understanding
- Work alongside a skilled clinical team using advanced technology including a Solea all-tissue laser, CEREC same-day crowns, and intraoral scanners
- Collaborate closely with Dr. Colt, Dr. Howard, and Dr. Sites
- Practice to the full extent of your scope in a doctor-supported, team-first environment
- Maintain HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR- Active Colorado RDH license
- CPR/BLS certification
- Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar practice management software preferred
- Strong patient communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
