What You'll Do
As a Dental Hygienist, you'll be a trusted partner in your patients' health journey by:
- Delivering high-quality preventive and periodontal care with a patient-first approach
- Conducting assessments, screenings, charting, and diagnostics to support comprehensive treatment planning
- Educating patients on oral health, home care, and the connection between oral and overall wellness
- Building long-term relationships that foster trust, loyalty, and improved health outcomes
- Collaborating with dentists and clinical team members to provide personalized, comprehensive care
- Utilizing modern technology and evidence-based practices to enhance clinical outcomes
- Creating a comfortable, welcoming experience for every patient
- Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with clinical and safety standards
Qualifications
- Active Dental Hygienist license in the State of California
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Passion for preventive care and patient advocacy
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to clinical excellence
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
- Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
- Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
- Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
- Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For
- A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
- Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
- A current CPR certification
Compensation$55-$65 per hour
