Full Job Description
Dental Hygienist - High-Volume Production ($80-$100+/hr)
  • Practice: South Anchorage Dental Center (SADC)
  • Location: 9170 Jewel Lake Rd, Anchorage, AK 99502
  • Schedule: Monday - Saturday (Flexible rotation schedules available)
  • Compensation:$80.00 - $100.00+ per hour (Paid on production)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional, relationship-based preventative care and periodontal therapy, embodying Dr. Brimhall's "Treat every patient like family" philosophy.
  • Act as an empathetic guide for anxious or fearful patients, taking the time to educate them seamlessly on quality-of-life oral care.
  • Optimize column productivity and schedule density while maintaining a gentle, five-star clinical standard.
  • Work collaboratively with the administrative crew to ensure clinical notes and insurance documentation are clean and efficient.
Qualifications:
  • Active Alaska Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (or in immediate progress of transferring).
  • Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide monitoring certifications (Preferred).
  • A high-energy, positive attitude with a desire to learn, grow, and thrive inside a fast-paced, high-volume practice.
