Arlington Dental Aesthetics is looking for a full-time, friendly, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. Pay & Schedule

• $63–$67 per hour
• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Full-time
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• No evenings or weekends

Patient-Focused Scheduling

• Recall appointments: 60 minutes
• New patient appointments: 75 minutes
• Scaling and Root Planing (SRP): Scheduled based on provider recommendation

Work with advanced equipment including:

• CBCT
• Nomad™ handheld X-ray
• iTero® digital scanner
• Intraoral cameras
• Dentrix practice management software

Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings (prophylaxis)
• Complete periodontal charting
• Provide scaling and root planing (SRP)
• Take digital radiographs
• Administer fluoride treatments
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Partner with doctors and team members to provide exceptional patient experiences
• Maintain accurate clinical records and follow infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Dental Hygienist license or awaiting licensure (New Grads Welcome)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
