We are a well-established, fee-for-service, customer service-driven dental practice in Glenview seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. Our practice is committed to delivering comprehensive, high-quality dentistry while creating an outstanding experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
Schedule: 4 day work week + 2 Saturdays a monthMonday: 7am-3pm
Tuesday: 10am-7pm
Wednesday: offThursday: 7am-3pm
Friday:7am-1pm
Saturdays: 8am-1pm

our diverse patient base. - A degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license.
- CPR certification.
- Certification in local anesthesia administration [variable by practice].

ResponsibilitiesAs part of our team, you will identify opportunities to discuss oral health hygiene of our patients as it relates to the mouth-body connection, including:
- Review and update dental x-rays and chart notes while maintaining dental equipment and x-ray machine.
- Record detailed narratives and probing depths for claims.
- Ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance.
- Sterilize and maintain dental supplies.
- Successfully complete Scaling and Root Planning and/or Prophylaxis.
- Excel with placing fluoride varnish and sealants.
- Serve as a point of escalation for both patient and team relations.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and the team.
Qualifications• Current Certification from an accredited Hygiene Program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Demonstrates leadership and strong communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• We use Eaglesoft as dental software, previous experience is preferred.
