Full Job Description
Overview

We're offering a sign-on bonus of $3,000 to welcome you to our team!

Pay Rate: Starting at $52.00

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:45am - 5:45pm. Fridays as needed.

Location: Downingtown, PA.

Let's be honest-you didn't become a Dental Hygienist just to clean teeth. You did it to help people, build connections, make an impact, and maybe have a little fun while doing it.

We're looking for a Dental Hygienist who brings great energy, loves patient care, and wants to be part of a team that actually enjoys coming to work. This is a place where your voice matters, your skills are valued, and your career can grow.

Whether you're a seasoned pro or a new grad ready to jump in, we want someone who's ready to make smiles happen and bring their personality with them.

You'll thrive here if you:

Love connecting with patients and making them feel comfortable
Care about creating healthier, more confident smiles
Bring positive energy and team-player vibes
Enjoy educating patients in a way that actually clicks
Want to grow your skills and build a career you're excited about

Because this job is more than scrapers and x-rays-it's about making an impact, building trust, and being part of something bigger (with a pretty awesome team, too).
