He aha te mahi? What's the role?We are seeking a Demand Planning Manager - North America (NAM) to sit at the heart of our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process - leading the development, alignment, and execution of market demand plans across North America.
Based in Newport Beach, you'll partner closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to translate market insights into clear, actionable forecasts that enable strong commercial and operational outcomes.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the creation and maintenance of demand plans, balancing short-term execution with long-term planning horizons
- Partnering with Sales to co-create demand signals, incorporating customer insights, promotions, and market trends
- Facilitating weekly and monthly IBP cycles, ensuring alignment and sign-off from market leadership
- Collaborating with Supply Planning to manage demand execution and respond to supply constraints
- Driving forecast performance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement across planning cycles
- Acting as a key link between market teams and Global IBP, ensuring consistency and clear communication
- Owning demand planning master data within SAP IBP to support accurate and effective planning
Ko wai koe? Who are you?With a background in supply chain or demand planning and experience working in complex, fast-paced environments, you bring both analytical strength and strong stakeholder influence.
You will also have:
- Around 8+ years' experience in supply chain or demand planning, with a solid understanding of planning processes
- Strong experience with S&OP / IBP processes and their financial and operational impacts
- Proven ability to translate data into insights and drive decisions
- Experience with planning tools and systems (SAP IBP preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A collaborative, proactive approach with a strong drive for results and continuous improvement
- The base salary for this position is between $102,000 - $131,000 USD plus a performance-based short-term incentive scheme (for employees who meet the eligibility criteria) and benefits. Please note that individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, performance and work location.
