Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Demand Management Analyst to join our team in either Warsaw, IN; Raynham, MA; or West Chester, PA.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Purpose:

The Demand Management Analyst supports all internal efforts of Inventory Allocation, Instrument Budget Tracking, and the Anchor Forecasting app. This role will also support Restriction Management and New Product Introduction (NPI) launches, as needed. The role requires a clear bias toward action and attention to detail. Responsible for coordination related to inventory restriction maintenance, inventory allocation, and acting as primary liaison with all Joint Recon FSO offices, direct and third party owned. Supports financial budget tracking, order review and approval, and reporting as well. Through internal coordination with the portfolio managers, forecasters, marketing, sales and warehousing personnel, this role is responsible for ensuring all safety, quality, inventory & customer service metrics are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Completes Instrument Order review and approval against the forecast and ordering process
  • Tracks territory allocations against budgets
  • Identifies and classifies orders, monitors any territory deviations and verifies supply approval and coordinates delivery date as required
  • Prepares and publishes weekly, monthly and Ad Hoc reports from Alteryx
  • Serve as primary contact for instrument concerns for sales field
  • Assist with NPI order placements, including attending NPI meetings, as requested
  • Assist with inventory control by maintaining product restrictions for selected products and accounts
  • Order creation as needed and communication to the field office personal
  • Maintains, updates, and ensures compliance with all work instructions
  • Implements inventory allocation based on availability and open requirements

Qualifications:

Education:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required (preferably in business or supply chain)

Experience and Skills:

Required:
  • Minimum 2 years of supply chain and/or inventory management experience
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and SAP/OTC
  • Ability to prioritize and lead multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting defined timelines
  • Ability to make decisions on a routine basis without direct supervision but with validated understanding of general corporate and departmental guidelines and objectives.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and to optimally across various functional areas
  • Should be able to apply basic project management skills and techniques to department projects when required
Preferred:
  • Experience in Alteryx and PRMS/AS400

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$65,000.00 - $104,650.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation -120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave - 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave - 32 hours per calendar year
