The NA OPS SWAT team is a specialized group of operations professionals who are rapidly deployed to support high-priority short-term projects. Operating in a fast-paced, project-based environment, the team partners with business stakeholders to deliver sourcing expertise, commercial insights, and operational excellence on engagements that require experienced resources capable of producing results with minimal onboarding.
As a Delivery Operations Specialist, you will lead or support a wide range of sourcing and procurement initiatives, including sourcing events, supplier negotiations, procurement transformation, commercial due diligence, spend analysis, contract support, supplier transitions, and process improvement efforts. You will work across multiple categories and industries while collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.
This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in ambiguous environments, enjoy solving complex procurement challenges, and can quickly establish credibility with stakeholders while managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing or Source-to-Contract
Preferred Qualifications
Experience independently leading end-to-end sourcing workstreams, including sourcing events, RFP development and execution, supplier evaluation and selection, negotiations, and contract execution
Experience managing source-to-contract processes across multiple spend categories, with the ability to step into a sourcing role with minimal ramp-up time.
Experience conducting spend analysis, developing sourcing strategies, and presenting sourcing recommendations to business stakeholders.
Experience with procurement and enterprise technologies such as Ariba, Coupa, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
Experience leading small projects, workstreams, or cross-functional initiatives in a client-facing, consulting, or business operations environment.
Experience applying AI and digital tools to sourcing workflows, including use of enterprise AI assistants to accelerate RFx execution, contract review, spend analysis, or reporting; ability to validate outputs and adopt emerging tools with a continuous improvement mindset.
Experience in Finance & Accounting (F&A), including exposure to procurement-related financial activities such as PO management, accruals, or spend reporting.
Experience with leading a team of professionals

Additional Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree required or equivalent relevant experience. Professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, MCIPS) preferred.
Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% to client locations.
