Our challenge

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with deep expertise in the Retirement domain to lead large-scale client engagements and delivery programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services and consulting, managing complex technology initiatives for retirement, pension, and wealth administration clients.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Piscataway, NJ is $145k - $150k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and transformation programs for Retirement clients.
  • Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders.
  • Drive program governance, delivery excellence, financial management, and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consulting, engineering, data, and QA teams.
  • Support business development activities, solutioning, and proposal efforts.
  • Manage distributed onshore/offshore delivery teams and ensure successful project execution.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion within existing clients.


Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, or technology delivery.
  • Strong domain expertise in Retirement Services, including 401(k), pension administration, retirement recordkeeping, benefits administration, or wealth and retirement platforms.
  • Experience managing large-scale application development, modernization, cloud, data, or digital transformation programs.
  • Proven track record of stakeholder management and executive-level client engagement.
  • Strong program management, budgeting, and governance experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.


Preferred, but not required:
  • Experience working with leading Retirement providers, recordkeepers, or financial services organizations.
  • Knowledge of retirement administration platforms and related business processes.
  • PMP, Agile, or similar project management certifications are a plus.
