The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking an experiencedDelivery Management SpecialistSeniorto supportlogisticsoperations across the Indo-Pacific. The Delivery Management Specialist serves as CACI's senior program operations professional responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the execution of Task Delivery Orders supportinglogistics, mission support, facilities, and operational services. Reporting directly to the Program Manager, this position provides leadership to ensure projects are executed efficiently, contractual requirements are achieved, and operationalobjectivesare delivered on time, within budget, andin accordance withcustomer expectations.

The Delivery Management Specialist works closely with Government stakeholders, program leadership, project managers, functional managers, site leads, subcontractors, and mission partners to synchronize project execution,monitorperformance, resolve operational issues, and improve delivery processes. This position ensures consistent, high-quality service delivery while supporting operational readiness, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across geographically dispersed operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead execution of Task Delivery Orders supporting Government mission requirements.

  • Coordinate project execution acrosslogistics, facilities, mission support, and operational teams.

  • Develop andmaintainproject execution plans, schedules, milestones, and performanceobjectives.

  • Monitor project cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate resource allocation to ensure successful delivery of program requirements.

  • Identifydelivery risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve execution issues.

  • Serve as the primary interface with Government customers for assigned delivery activities.

  • Coordinate subcontractor performance and integration supporting project execution.

  • Prepare executive briefings, project status reports, and performance metrics.

  • Ensure contractual deliverables are completed accurately andsubmittedon schedule.

  • Support transition planning, project startup, and operational readiness initiatives.

  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to resolve operational challenges and improve service delivery.

  • Conduct after-action reviews and implement lessons learned to improve future performance.

  • Mentor project personnel and promote standardized program management best practices.

  • Foster continuous improvement through innovation, performance analysis, and process optimization.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance

  • Minimum 15 years of experience supporting Government program operations, project management,logistics, or operational mission support.

  • Experience supporting Department of Defense, Joint, Combatant Command, Service Component, or Special Operations organizations.

  • Experience managing Task Delivery Orders, operational execution, customer engagement, and multidisciplinary project teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to brief senior Government and military leadership on program performance, operational readiness, and project execution.

Desired:

  • Bachelors degree in project management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed Government programs involving multiple operational locations and subcontractors.

  • ExperienceutilizingMicrosoft Project, Microsoft 365, Power BI, SharePoint,Deltek, or other program management and reporting tools.

  • Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent program management certifications are preferred.
