Full Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • Strong Ecommerce delivery experience across product catalog, search, merchandising, pricing, promotions, cart, checkout, order management, personalization, and payment integrations. Hands-on understanding of Agile/Scrum, release planning, project governance, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting. Oversee AI and GenAI initiatives such as AI-powered Delivery. Experience in managing delivery for ecommerce Development projects using ReactJS, Angular, Next.js, APIs, microservices, cloud, CI/CD, and DevOps delivery environments.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead Ecommerce and digital transformation programs from initiation through production deployment. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, resource allocation, delivery governance, and executive status reporting. Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and stakeholder reviews. Partner with business, product, architecture, engineering, QA, DevOps, data, and AI/ML teams to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver scalable customer-facing web solutions. Oversee AI and GenAI initiatives such as AI-powered support, intelligent search, recommendation engines, document processing, automation, and predictive analytics. Ensure delivery quality, security compliance, SLA/KPI tracking, productivity improvement, and business benefits realization.
