This role is hybrid and requires up to 85% travel to the client site as needed in Jacksonville, Indianapolis or Pensacola.
Key responsibilities:
As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery or a defined component of a contract to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments.
You will ensure service quality and efficiency while managing delivery outcomes and identifying opportunities for follow-on work through up-selling or cross-selling.
You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possessing strong influencing and advisory skills. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is a critical part of this role.
Provide strategic guidance to enhance delivery processes and improve overall service quality.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery objectives with business goals and customer expectations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and resource utilization.
Analyze delivery metrics and feedback to proactively address challenges and implement effective solutions.
Basic qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of work experience.
Proficiency in Business Operation Management is required.
Advanced proficiency in Account Delivery Management and intermediate proficiency in Estimation and Planning is suggested.
Ability to travel up to 85% as needed to client site.
HS Diploma or GED
