What You Will Do:

  • Deliver exceptional client service: As part of your initial client service assignment, the candidate will collaborate with the Engagement Partner and project team members to lead Guidehouse Federal’s Tampa-based protégé company through small business-oriented developmental gates inclusive of but not limited to, the following:
  • Develop and continually optimize pricing models and indirect cost models to support sustainable growth
  • Execute a comprehensive human resources management approach via the Guidehouse framework, to include: recruiting, hiring & onboarding, benefits election and administration, employee retention, and employment agreements
  • Develop a range of initiatives to move out on marketing & lead generation
  • Coordinate and perform, when necessary, core back-office functions (Finance, Accounting, Payroll operations)
  • Develop, optimize, and manage key client relationships
  • Provide rigorous engagement management and oversight, including practitioner management, project plan management, financial reconciliation and reporting, and practice development.
  • Collaborate with the relevant partners, practice leads, and practitioners to develop and execute a business development strategy designed to augment Guidehouse's footprint across the SOCOM enterprise
  • Exercise domain expertise and professional networks to drive expeditionary business development
  • Contribute to efforts to shape and competitively position for scheduled solicitations unique to the SOCOM enterprise


What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TOP SECRET with SCI (TS/SCI) Federal or DoD security clearance
  • Bachelor degree
  • Minimum of FIFTEEN (15)+ years’ of military experience, inclusive of a minimum of EIGHT (8) years’ service within the U. S. Special Operations Forces enterprise, or in a relevant, SOF-adjacent capacity.

  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university
  • TWENTY (20)+ years’ of military experience, inclusive of a minimum of EIGHT (8) years’ service within the U. S. Special Operations Forces enterprise, or in a relevant, SOF-adjacent capacity.
