Job Description
The Delivery Acceleration Tools Lead Consultant is accountable for independently leading installation of tools and analysis of operational data that support Delivery Acceleration and other departments across Insurance Product. This role will serve as the subject matter expert for Agility, and requires data analysis, Fabric, and AI skills to effectively analyze and synthesize this data.

This role is critical in driving effective use of tools and technology in the delivery of a high volume of complex work with strategic importance to the organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with Delivery Acceleration Product Lifecycle and Processes Lead Consultant to implement standards for Agility tool utilization across teams, with specific focus on the ability to use this data to measure productivity, cycle time, throughput, outcomes, adoption, and value realization for Insurance Product
• Drive inputs and extract outputs from Agility utilizing Fabric and AI skills to create productivity metrics, executive-ready narratives, and scorecard views that help leaders understand delivery health, bottlenecks, tradeoffs, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities
• Serve as the Agility subject matter expert for Insurance Product, providing consultative support to strategic initiatives and teams not using the platform
• Research, recommend, and implement tools which aid in planning, prioritization sequencing, intake, reporting, delivery tracking, and operating processes across Delivery Acceleration.
• Support Delivery Acceleration prioritization processes by connecting tool data, delivery progress, dependencies, and risks to business outcomes and leadership decision needs.
• Partner across business architecture, digital product technology, and operations to gather input, validate direction, refine tool standards, improve consistency, and build adoption across teams.
• Identify and lead opportunities for simplification, reuse, standardization, automation, and scale across delivery tools, reporting routines, and operational processes.
• Build relationships across business and technology partners and influence through clear communication, structured recommendations, and practical support rather than authority and control.
• Independently manage highly complex work with minimal direction, navigating ambiguity and engaging partners as needed
• Apply systems thinking to understand cross-team impacts, improve data quality, strengthen delivery discipline, and ensure tools and processes remain connected to business outcomes, risks, and decisions.

Experience
• 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is 85,000.00 - 145,075.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
