Role: Dealer Sales Manager, West Region
Location: Okotoks, Alberta (West Region Travel Required)
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

What You'll Do

As Dealer Sales Manager, West Region, you will develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives, establish annual sales plans and targets, and provide leadership to a regional sales team. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, support business development initiatives, monitor market trends, and ensure the achievement of sales and profitability goals. You'll also contribute to operational improvement initiatives, manage departmental budgets, and coach team members to maximize performance and professional growth.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a commercially driven sales leader who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to customer engagement. You have experience leading successful sales teams, developing growth strategies, and building strong customer relationships within the agricultural, feed, livestock, or animal nutrition sectors. You're a collaborative leader who inspires others, adapts quickly to changing market conditions, and can translate business objectives into actionable plans that deliver results.
