Location: Las Vegas, NVThe Role: DCO Facilities SupervisorThis role supports the DCO Facilities Manager by supervising daily maintenance and operations of mission-critical electrical and mechanical systems. You lead a team of Facilities Technicians, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure safety, compliance, and uptime standards are consistently met. The role combines hands-on technical knowledge with frontline people leadership in a 24/7/365 environment.
What You'll Do - Supervise Facilities Technicians and provide daily direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maintain critical systems uptime.
- Participate in escalated facility events and support on-call or bridge response activities as assigned.
- Manage vendor and contractor activities to ensure compliance with Switch safety and quality standards.
- Track maintenance activities, requisitions, and asset health within CMMS and building management systems.
- Participate in Change Advisory Board processes, including ticket creation and maintenance window coordination.
- Review and support development of maintenance procedures, MOPs, SOPs, and safety documentation.
- Coordinate client access and special maintenance requirements to ensure minimal operational impact.
- Assist with budget planning and purchase requisition reviews.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Facilities Technicians.
- Represent DCO Facilities in operational meetings and cross-functional discussions.

What You'll Bring - 5 or more years of experience in facilities, electrical, or mechanical systems in an industrial or data center environment.
- Experience supervising or leading technician teams.
- Advanced understanding of systems including generators, switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, ATS or STS units, PDUs or RPPs, cooling systems, and fire suppression systems.
- Experience working within CMMS, asset management, and building management platforms.
- Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
- OSHA 30 certification required; additional relevant certifications preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
