What you will do at Sogeti: - Lead the end-to-end delivery of Azure Databricks, data engineering, analytics, and AI initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while delivering measurable business value.
- Partner with solution architects, data engineers, data scientists, business stakeholders, and executive sponsors to define project objectives, success criteria, delivery roadmaps, and implementation plans.
- Drive planning, execution, and governance of complex data platform modernization projects, including data migration, data warehousing, real-time analytics, machine learning, and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across technical and business domains, ensuring alignment on priorities, dependencies, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical delivery teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes and actionable decisions.
What you will bring: - 6+ years of project or delivery management experience leading enterprise data, analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering initiatives.
- Proven experience delivering cloud-based data platform projects using Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, or similar modern data technologies.
- Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, data lakes, data warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, cloud architectures, and AI/ML solution delivery.
- Experience managing project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications across multiple workstreams.
Education: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
