LOCATION: Full-time onsite in Herndon, VA
Join our team as a Database Administrator providing comprehensive database support across the full lifecycle of Sponsor projects. This position delivers development, integration, configuration, deployment, optimization, and O&M services; maintains dev, test, and production database environments; manages patches, installations, migrations, and backup/recovery operations; and partners with architects to plan capacity for application and database servers.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn this challenging yet rewarding role, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You must have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with:
- Providing database support for the development, integration, configuration, deployment, optimization and O&M to the Sponsor's projects and services.
- Providing development, testing and production database server support to the Sponsor's projects and services.
- Providing O&M database support to include database patches, installations, data and database migrations, and backup/recovery database maintenance.
- Working with architects on capacity planning for application and database servers.
