Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced
Data Warehouse Architect to design and implement a scalable clinical data architecture that integrates data from multiple healthcare source systems into a unified, longitudinal data platform.
Note: Only candidates located in or near the Richmond, VA area will be considered, as this role requires an onsite presence.
Required Skills- Data Architecture - 5+ years
- Data Processing - 5+ years
- Oracle Health (formerly Cerner) - 3+ years

Key Responsibilities- Design the conceptual and logical data architecture for a clinical data domain.
- Identify and map common data elements across multiple disparate healthcare source systems.
- Develop and implement a strategy to consolidate data from various source systems into a cohesive, longitudinal data model.
- Coordinate data extraction and export activities with source system owners and stakeholders.
- Design and implement data cleansing, transformation, and processing routines to ensure high-quality, standardized data.
- Support the development of scalable data integration and warehouse solutions that enable analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data governance, quality, and architecture best practices.
