ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TS/SCI POLYGRAPH LEVEL IS REQUIRED

We are seeking an innovative, mission-driven Data Analytics & Signals Software Engineer. In this high-impact role, you will design, build, and maintain custom data analytics frameworks that automate and scale complex signals analysis across high-throughput data streams. Working closely with domain experts and signals analysts, you will translate operational requirements into scalable algorithmic models, pipeline transformations, and analytics solutions that accelerate threat detection and operational decision-making. The annual base salary range for this role is $156,000-$184,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.

Required Skills

• Custom Analytics & Signals Processing:Hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying custom software analytics to automate and scale signals analysis and processing.
  • Data Engineering & Automation: Demonstrated proficiency in crafting automated data ingestion, transformation, and analytical pipelines for high-volume datasets.
  • Advanced Scripting & Development: Core technical capabilities in Python, Java, or C++ to write efficient algorithms, parse complex data formats, and support analytics tools.
  • Mission Integration & Analytics Scaling: Ability to work directly with analysts and operational teams to evaluate signal signatures and transition domain expertise into automated machine capabilities.
  • Agile Tooling & Operations: Working experience in Agile development environments utilizing Git, Jira, and Confluence for workflow tracking and documentation.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline, PLUS 10+ years of professional experience in data science, NLP, or software engineering OR Associate's Degree PLUS 12+ years of specialized technical experience in lieu of a degree.

Desired Skills

Big Data Frameworks: Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or ElasticSearch for large-scale data queries.

Data Visualization: Experience designing intuitive dashboards or visualization components to display analytics outputs to analysts in real time.

Containerized Deployment: Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes environments for deploying scalable analytics services.
