Key Responsibilities:- As a Data Modeler, you will be responsible for working with key business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects to model current and new data.
- You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
- You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Design and implement data models that meet business requirements and enhance data usability.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather data requirements and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve data architecture processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor team members on best practices in data modeling and architecture.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in data management.
Basic Qualifications:- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Data Architecture
- Bachelor's Degree or greater
Preferred Qualifications:- Advanced proficiency in Snowflake Platform
- Associate or bachelor's degree
- Advanced proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies, Data Quality Tools Methods, AI Data Strategy, and SAP ABAP Managed Database Procedures AMDP is suggested.
