Full Job Description
Turn complex healthcare data into insights that improve decisions and outcomes.As a Data Measurement & Reporting Advisor, you will lead high-impact analytics and measurement work across Evernorth's Digital Data & AI organization. You will bring curiosity, expertise, and a collaborative mindset to build practical solutions, guide stakeholders, and help teams use data with confidence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead advanced statistical, exploratory, and root cause analyses using large, complex healthcare datasets.
  • Design innovative analytical frameworks, models, and measurement approaches that respond to changing business needs.
  • Create and improve analytical content for the Evernorth Control Center suite, including enterprise reporting, patient population analytics, and healthcare market insights.
  • Partner with data scientists, engineers, clinicians, and business leaders to turn complex questions into clear analytical solutions.
  • Translate findings into focused recommendations that help leaders make informed decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Guide the full solution lifecycle, from requirements and development through testing, implementation, and continuous improvement.
  • Advance the team's knowledge of emerging analytical methods, healthcare data trends, AI technologies, and data-driven decision support.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 7 years of experience in advanced analytics, healthcare data, reporting, or a related area.
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience working in large-scale data environments.
  • Experience using Python or another commonly used programming language for analysis.
  • Strong business analytics and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex questions into practical solutions.
  • Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to business, clinical, technical, and leadership audiences.
  • Experience collaborating across functions and contributing throughout the analytics solution lifecycle.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, data science, mathematics, healthcare informatics, or a related field.
  • Experience with one or more enterprise data platforms, such as Databricks, Teradata, or Postgres.
  • Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or Databricks Genie.
  • Knowledge of AI, large language models, agents, or other modern analytical technologies.
  • Experience applying analytics to healthcare data, patient populations, or healthcare market insights.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 96,700 - 161,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
