We are currently seeking a
Data Manager to join our IT team. The selected individual will manage and oversee the IT application services function for Data Governance, Data Lakehouse and MDM. The Data Manager will work closely with the business community, IT staff, and management in support of core processes and critical business priorities. In this role, the selected individual will direct activities and projects related to the assigned to the team, including project initiation, planning & analysis, development, testing/user acceptance, deployment, and ongoing production support. As a leadership role, the individual will ensure the Project Life Cycle is followed and appropriately applied; participating in all phases, as well as ensuring appropriate test plans are established and implemented for assigned projects.
Among other key priorities, the Data Manager will monitor responsible parties for data integrity and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. They will also monitor service levels of production systems and compliance with service level agreements and ensure that program documentation, including flow charts and test cases, is developed and maintained for all assigned applications.
This position is located in our Sarasota office and is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, (3 days in office and 2 remote).

The salary range for this position is $118,864-$183,051 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
