The Work:- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of data quality management practices across enterprise data assets.
- Analyze data quality issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions to improve data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Design and maintain data quality rules, controls, and monitoring processes.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to align data management activities with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Support the development and adoption of data governance policies, standards, and frameworks.
- Evaluate and leverage data quality tools and methodologies to enhance monitoring, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Create documentation, process guides, and training materials that promote data management best practices.
What You'll Need:- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in a related field.
- Eligible for Secret Clearance status.
- 1-2 years of experience in data management, data quality, data governance, or a related area.
- Experience analyzing data quality issues and supporting data quality improvement initiatives.
- Experience with data governance principles and data quality dimensions.
Bonus Points If You Have:- Experience with data quality or governance tools such as Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Informatica, Ataccama, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of data privacy, regulatory compliance, and secure data handling practices.
- Experience with SQL, data analysis, reporting, or visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Exposure to Agile project delivery methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
