Full Job Description
This role requires a combination of managing clients and reporting transportation intelligence utilizing a BI tool while also managing the data flow and quality from our internal audit tool, through an ETL and into the BI platform.

Successful candidates combine strong data management skills with an analytical mindset that will solidify a reliable data set across the organization. This role requires strategic focus on the transformation of data from receipt to Infios' Business Intelligence platform, along with the ability to bridge transportation expertise and technical knowledge to support enhancements and customer needs. This position is open to US citizens and green card holders.

What a day in the life looks like:
  • Review data records, to find flag and fix errors. Ensure proper data transformation from receipt through an ETL to the BI platform.
  • Work with teams such audit, financial solutions, development, data analyst to resolve data flow and quality issues.
  • Analyse large transportation data sets to identify insights and help clients execute data-driven decisions
  • Deliver business reviews highlighting transportation spend, trends, savings opportunities, and Infios' value
  • Monitor market conditions to assess their impact on client transportation budgets and operations
  • Design and manage KPI reporting solutions using Infios' proprietary BI tools
  • Act as a client point of contact, responding to requests and maintaining strong, professional relationships
  • Collaborate across internal teams to enhance software tools, reporting solutions, and overall customer experience


What you bring to the team:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Transportation, Analytics, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience managing customer accounts or relationships; B2B software experience is a plus
  • Experience in client-facing roles with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand customer challenges and proactively deliver effective solutions
  • Proficiency with large data sets and tools like Excel, Access, or SQL; data visualization experience (Tableau, Power BI) preferred

Base salary:

$90,000.00 USD, plus bonus opportunities based on experience, performance, and market factors.
