Data Integration Manager to support our client in Oak Ridge, TN.
Responsibilities: - Direct the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of the data integration function, aligning data solutions to project and construction management objectives using the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Partner with senior leadership to define enterprise data standards, KPIs, and portfolio reporting requirements, ensuring a single source of truth across schedule, cost, and performance data.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of executive dashboards and project management applications, including PM dashboards, execution indices, project status reporting, and early alert tools, to support program- and portfolio-level decision-making.
- Apply a deep understanding of project management data-including schedules, WBS, cost, earned value metrics (CPI, SPI, EAC), and baseline changes-to drive variance analysis, forecasting, and corrective action.
- Build and lead the data integration team, establishing performance standards, mentoring staff, and fostering a data-driven culture across the project management organization.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related technical field with 6+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrated experience in data integration, data management, business intelligence, project controls, or project management systems within a complex technical or project-based environment.
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite and experience developing or managing dashboards, reporting tools, data models, and automated data solutions.
- Strong understanding of project management and project controls data, including schedules, WBS, cost, forecasting, baselines, and Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics such as CPI, SPI, and EAC.
- Experience establishing and maintaining data governance, data standards, reporting requirements, and data quality processes across multiple systems or projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, analyze complex data, communicate findings to senior leadership, and collaborate across engineering, project management, project controls, and construction functions.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening exam.
- Must be eligible to obtain a security access badge.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.

- Schedule is full-time, Monday - Friday 40-hour week.
