Must Have Skills: - Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 development, Power Platform, automation, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Experience building enterprise business solutions with secure data access and reusable components.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycles, testing, deployment, and governance in enterprise environments.
- Ability to work across low-code and pro-code delivery models.
- Strong problem-solving, technical leadership, and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have Skills: - Experience with Copilot Studio, custom connectors, enterprise search grounding, and agent orchestration.
- Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development workflows.
- Experience in regulated environments and enterprise-grade delivery standards.
Education: - Open to looking at experience in lieu of education, HS degree minimum
- Any MS 365 or Agile certificates a plus
